In 2021, my head was in the stars. I dreamt about making a sci-fi storytelling community in the vein of SCP, but for cozy space exploration stories. I came up with a framework to get a whole fleet of explorers lost together, and then opened the universe up for other storytellers to play in.
I only ever received one submission. I retooled the story into a solo, serial webnovel, and published about 20 chapters. I learned a lot about my writing style, about motivation, and about writing yourself into a wall you don't know how to climb.
I've preserved those chapters here for the occasional curious visitor. Please enjoy, but know that this story doesn't have an ending yet. Perhaps someday I'll find the inspiration to add to it, but no promises.
