Boiling Gravity

Summer's here dramatically,

this luminance I'm glad to see,

but my head is nagging me:

Someone's boiling gravity.

I made friends with balance

on the metal bars in my school yard

so I can stand a little tumble,

just don't hit my head too hard.

But this dizzy's kinda weird

Question for my inner ear:

Which way's down? It isn't clear

My up just up and disappears.

If I panic, I'll be panicked.

If I manage calm instead

it's a little roller coaster

hiding in my dizzy head.

I don't need to purchase tickets.

Season pass, I'm sticking with it.

But if this park changes exhibits

I'll move on, won't even miss it.
